Night Life

I’ll be very short today because I’m on the run.
Did you ever think that a pair of gloves could spice up your whole outfit? I didn’t before, but I do now. The proof is on the photos below. 🙂

Holiday Sweater

Hello, my dear readers! It’s only one day till Christmas!!!

Before saying a word or two about this look, let me just wish you the merriest Christmas. I hope you will be spending it with the people you love the most – enjoying good food, laughing and simply being happy.

Sooooooo, Christmas is the perfect time to bring out your holiday sweater. My choice went for this red one that I paired with the white knitted mini skirt and red heels. I like the combination of the oversized sweater and a mini skirt. I will for sure try this kind of a look in an “outdoor” version.

New IN: Shiny Stuff

December is the most magical month of the year. I love when the streets of the city begin to shine with thousand of colorful lights. Window-shops are nicely decorated (if you come to Paris during the Christmas season, you really must see the window-shops of the Grands Magasins). Even though I like Paris in its festive clothes, I am happy to move to the countryside to celebrate Christmas with my family: to eat a lot of delicious food, to breathe the sea air, to sit by the fireplace in the afternoon with a cup of Christmas tea…

Before I can enjoy all of that, I went shopping for the Christmas presents and along the way I found little something for me that will bring a bit more of that Christmas spirit into my life. Everything that sparkles or glitters can help with that. In fact, I don’t think you should go trough December without putting on something that “glows”. Normally, I’m not a fan of too much of anything. That is why I like to keep it simple and add one or a few details that sparkle. I think that the glittery nail polish or shiny shoes can really make a statement.

All Wrapped Up

Do you remember the post about my crush on maxi coats? I am so excited that today I can finally show how one of them looks on me.

I don’t know what kind of weather do you have in December, but in Paris we still didn’t have the real cold days. That is why you can see me wearing open shoes in this post.

Why do I love this style? Well, it is oversized and at this moment, that is my thing. It is cozy and that is my permanent obsession. There is a simplicity in it and I always strive to it.

Lady Like

For this Saturday morning I decided to update my blog with this “lady like” outfit. The key piece of this look are the high-waisted wide trousers that made a comeback this year. When you pair them with a classical white shirt, a grey blazer and high heels you get the outfit that you can easily wear to work. So, if you didn’t know what to put on for the office on Monday, I hope that this post inspired you. For now, let us just enjoy the weekend that is still in front of us. Wishing you a lovely one!

Oversized Sweater

An oversized sweater is a perfect piece of clothing for the colder days. You can wear it with a skirt or with pants, but if it’s big enough, it can be worn as a dress – just like in today’s look.

Grey is one of the colors that I like to wear a lot during both – winter and summer. It can be combined easily with other colors (even with the other nuances of grey) and it’s a good alternative to the darker ones, especially in the winter period.

I went for the “all grey” outfit with a pop of color given by these beautiful emerald green heels.
